These pads are essential to prevent the knife from sticking to the adhesive side of the film when cutting backwards.
In addition, the TeflonShoes prevent scratching of car paintwork during so-called "accordion cutting".
They offer ideal gliding properties for the BodyGuardKnife and LongReach Duo film and backing paper cutters, provided they they are not already equipped with a ProTeflon Shoe :-)
